Where our website has a contact form you will need to complete input fields that enable us to identify you and deal with your query. The website does not retain this information. It is emailed to our administrative area in order for us to deal with your query. The information is retained indefinitely in order for us to recognise you when you return as a customer.
We use either Statcounter.com or Google Analytics to help us understand more about visitors to our site. The information collected is anonymised and cannot be used to identify you personally. Among other information it tells us:
- the type of device used to view our website
- the size of screen viewed on
- the pages looked at
- the time spent looking
- the referral source if any
Who we share your data with
Your data is not shared elsewhere and we do not sell your data to any third party.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, accounting or security purposes. HMRC require that we keep all records for six years.
